SCOTT BOLDEN PERECEPTION AND ROCKWELL AUTOMATION BUSINESS

This action is for the infringement of my U.S patent No, 6,552,654 under the patent laws of the United States, 35 U.S.C §1 et. seq ., including at least 35 U.S.C §§271.281.283.284  286.

Patents are governed exclusively by the U.S. Constitution and Congressional legislature, while both federal and state laws deal with trademarks and some aspects of unfair competition

 
Mr Scott Bolden is still trying to manipulate of the true but he has realized the facts and the new evidence.

 
Mr Scott Bolden has realized that in this Book of product of M90 PLC exists without GSM mobile phone Mr Scott Bolden did not realize that this product has only trademark for  PLC and Web PLC  without GSM mobile phone and Unitronics has only the right to sale only this product without GSM mobile phone. Here you can see copy as Exhibit No, 1 of this book and two trademark No, 75689778 and No, 75689796 from the year 1999.
Mr Scott Bolden did not realize that Rule 12(b) (6) has nothing to do with this patent case because of these trademarks of the year 1999 only for PLC but without GSM mobile phone and also confirmed in this book of product PLC M90 of Unitronics .
Mr Scott Bolden has realized that Rockwell Automation have trademarks No,
73146736- 74217913- - 75489719- 75239936- 75239938 for only PLC but without GSM mobile phone here you can see copy as Exhibit No, 2.
Mr Scott Bolden has realized this book of MicroLogix 1000 PLC from Rockwell Automation without GSM mobile phone here  you can see copy as Exhibit No, 3.

 
Mr Scott Bolden has realized that Rockwell Automation has US patent No, 6427221 – 6268393 for only PLC







      .



      Mr Scott Bolden did not realize that Rockwell Automation have no right to offer PLC MicroLogix and GSM mobile phone in Automation Fair Rolando.


       

       

        Mr Scott Bolden did not realize that this product of PLC and GSM mobile phone is without any patent right.

       

       

        My Patent is cited for Unitronics as citation.

       

      Six years after that my US and EU patents were publicized Mr Haim Shani of Unitronics was trying to file a patent for the same technology (my invention) by the European patent office but he has forgotten that I invented this technology before him and my EU patent is cited  for him as Citation here  you can see copy as Exhibit No, 4.

      Mr Scott Bolden did not realize that Mr Keith Nosbush has signed many contracts with the US government.
       
      Mr Scott Bolden must understand that the big point is KNOW-HOW of my INVENTION WHICH WAS NOT KNOWN  BY Rockwell Automation or Unitronics  as shown in  the book of product of PLC AND THEIR TRADEMARK FOR ONLY PLC   BUT WITHOUT GSM MOBILE PHONE.
       

        Mr Scott Bolden must understand that Unitronics selling  PLC and GSM mobile phone here  by Veteran-Owned (SDVO) Business  Army Property Team
